Australian International Law Journal
From a modest beginning in 1983, as "Australian International Law News", the Journal has since 1995 achieved the full stature as a journal of international standing. The Editorial Advisory Board consists of members who are eminent international lawyers in international law drawn from all over the world.
From 2007, the Journal has become a peer-refereed law journal published jointly with the Sydney Centre for International and Global Law at the Faculty of Law, The University of Sydney.
Recent articles have dealt with topics such as outer space, East Timor and self determination, human rights and children, sea piracy, the Sandline affair, African organisations, the European Community and the United Nations. In addition to articles, shorter comments and notes on recent developments, surveys of recent decisions of the International Court of Justice and book reviews appear regularly.
