Dr Chris Ward SC, 6 St James Hall Chambers and global President of the International Law Association, will be speaking on the role of the WHO and it’s Regulations, as well as the question of China’s compliance.
Professor Natalie Klein, UNSW Sydney and President of the International Law Association (Australian Branch), will be speaking on the public international laws relating to cruise ships, their entry into port and port state rights and obligations for dealing with ill passengers and crew.
