The ILA(Australia Branch) is delighted to announce the winners of the Essay Prizes for 2021:
- Michael Douglas, ‘Does Choice of Law Matter?’ has been awarded the Nygh Essay Prize in Private International Law.
- Jack McNally, ‘Restrictions on the Freedom of Navigation in the Northern Sea Route: Implications for Arcticus Liberum’ has been awarded the Brennan Essay Prize in Public International Law.
